Absolutly recomend hypnobirthing, Ethel is very nice, kind, professional and knowlodgeable, shes always going out of her way to support you and help you with any advise or guidance. 100% recommend doing this course as the approch given its totally different than traditional medicine focusing and giving the tools to have a gentle peacefull birth feeling in control as a Dad and Mum.
